E-L5973D Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package to save space. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~150°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 250kHz. Input voltage 4V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.235V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 2.5A output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 36V. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 12V as the nominal input voltage. In the particular voltage regulators, the L5973 family is represented. By using the 35V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily.
