BUX87 Overview
The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 12 @ 40mA 5V.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 1V allows maximum design flexibility.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 1V @ 20mA, 200mA.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 5V allows for a high level of efficiency.Fuse current ratings refer to how much current the fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and this device has a current rating of 500mA.Single BJT transistor contains a transSingle BJT transistorion frequency of 20MHz.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 500mA volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
