BUF420AW Overview
This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of 500mV.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 500mV @ 4A, 20A.An emitter's base voltage can be kept at 7V to gain high efficiency.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is 30A.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 30A volts.
