BU810 Overview
As it features a collector emitter saturation voltage of 2V, it allows for maximum design flexibility. When VCE saturation is 3V @ 700mA, 7A, transistor means Ic has reached transistors maximum value (saturated).Single BJT transistor is recommended to keep the continuous collector voltage at 7A in order to achieve high efficiency. The emitter base voltage can be kept at 5V for high efficiency. This device has a current rating of 7A which corresponds to the maximum current it can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much. When collector current reaches its maximum, it can reach 7A volts.
