BD535 Overview
This device has a DC current gain of 25 @ 2A 2V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 800mV allows maximum design flexibility.Vce saturation?means Ic is at its maximum value(saturated), and the vce saturation(Max) is 800mV @ 600mA, 6A.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 5V to achieve high efficiency.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is 8A.In the part, the transition frequency is 12MHz.A maximum collector current of 8A volts is possible.
