A forward voltage of 1V will enable the device to operate.The maximum output voltage is 0.07A.A surge current should be monitored and should not exceed 1A.When the forward voltage is set to 70mA, this device will operate.Approximately 2pF farads of capacitance are present in this device.Array is powered by a reverse voltage peak of 10μA.The maximum reverse leakage current from a semiconductor device when reverse biased is 10μA.
