Description: The STMicroelectronics TRIAC ACST1010-7T is a three-terminal, bidirectional, solid-state switch designed for AC switching applications. It is a sensitive gate TRIAC with a maximum gate trigger current of 1mA and a maximum on-state current of 10A. It is housed in a TO220AB package and has a maximum blocking voltage of 700V.
