Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. 14 pins are injected into the part body. Surface Mount mounted, this logic device is widely used in many applications. Please refer to the datasheets for 14 pins functions. In the quiescent state, the part has 2 µA current flowing through it. 1 outputs are included in the device.
