2STN1550 Overview
As the DC current gain is the ratio of the collector current to the base current, for this device the DC current gain is 135 @ 2A 2V.When VCE saturation is 450mV @ 300mA, 3A, transistor means Ic has reached transistors maximum value (saturated).The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 5V to achieve high efficiency.Single BJT transistor can be broken down at a voltage of 50V volts.Maximum collector currents can be below 5A volts.
