1N6263 Overview
This device produces a maximal reverse leakage current of 200nA volts. The average rectified current for this device is 15mA volts. When the forward current reaches 15mA, it is allowed. The fuse's current rating is 15mA, which is the maximum current the fuse can handle for an indefinite time without deteriorating too much.Surge currents are limited to 50mA.A data chart shows that the peak reverse is 200nA in the datasheets. In diodes, the breakdown voltage is defined as the largest reverse voltage that can be applied without increasing the leakage current exponentially, and its breakdown voltage is 60V.
