GVD30503-001 Overview
Varactor is not recommended to use an analog input domain voltage with a breakdown voltage of 25V.There is a possibility of delivering a diode capacitance of 26pF.Varactor is recommended that operating temperatures remain in the -55°C~125°C TJ range.Varactor is also possible to save space using the TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.An accurate conversion requires a peak reverse voltage within 25V.
