It is not recommended that analog input domain voltages be set to a minimum breakdown voltage of 15V.The capacitance ratio of a capacitor is 3.3, and this reflects its ability to store electric charges.There is no diode cap tolerance on this device.Varactor can deliver diode capacVaractorances of 2.6pF.During operation, the temperature should not deviate from -55°C~125°C TJ.As an added benefit, the SC-76, SOD-323 package is space-saving.The reverse voltage peak must be within 15V in order for a conversion to be accurate.
