Optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Cut Tape (CT) package in the RF Switches.When operating, RF Switch's operating temperature should be kept at -30°C~90°C.RF switch ics with the HIGH ISOLATION feature are more efficient and stable.It is possible to supply 1.8V~3.1V volts to the RF Switch.
