For optimal performance, the RF Switches make use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package.The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C when the RF Switch is in operation.There are 20 pins that are used for the operation of the high power RF switch.This RF switch ic is more efficient and stable due to the HIGH ISOLATION feature.4V~5.5V voltage can be supplied by the RF Switch.
