In the 2.4GHz~2.5GHz 4.9GHz~5.9GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC features an enhanced 24-TFLGA Exposed Pad package.Digi-Reel? package is used for this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Integrated into this RF module are 24 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.This is a 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -10°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 190mA in order to deliver its performance.
