AAT1232ITP-T1 Overview
There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Cut Tape (CT) package. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 12-TFSOJ (0.094, 2.40mm Width) package. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is Up to 2MHz. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 5.5V. The switching regulator operation is carried out by 12 pins. The output voltage of this voltage regulator 12v should at least be set at 2.7V volts at all times. Switching regulator has a maximum output current of 100mA A, which is sufficient to meet the requirements of operation. Based on the maximal adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage of 24V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily. An output voltage of 24V is provided by this regulator voltage.
