SP6690EK/TR Overview
A handy package called SOT is used.The 5 terminations have a variety of functions.Temperatures should not rise above 240 during reflow soldering.There is a requirement for a 3.3V supply voltage.Supplying it with 1V volts is the minimum voltage required.A maximum ambient temperature of 85°C can be reached.Parts should have a -40°C bottom temperature.
