TSM6025BEUR+T Overview
Uses the handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package. This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal. The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±0.4% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding. The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.It can be used by applications with 500μA inputs. In most cases, the voltage reference circuit can supply voltage inputs of 2.7V~12.6V volts. This voltage is fixed/minimum.There is a supply current called 35μA that is used to operate the voltage reference ic.
