SI8946AD-IS4R Overview
The way of Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable for shipping the power management.To facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 8-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) .For easy adaptability, Surface Mount provides a universal mounting method.At Controller, ACDC Switching Power Supplies and other applications, this power management is targeted.Keeping the operating temperature of the power management ic -40°C~125°C TA will prevent malfunctions.As a result, this power management is powered by 3V~5.5V voltage.As a ANALOG CIRCUIT analog IC, the instruments designs has received much praise.It is recommended to conduct the power ic's supply current at 6.9mA volts.
