SI8641BA-B-IUR Description
An integrated DC-DC converter, improved electrical insulation, bidirectional communication, and controlled power delivery are all features of the Silicon Labs SI8641BA-B-IUR, a quad-channel digital isolator. It has an isolation voltage of 1.5 kV RMS and a maximum data throughput of 150 Mbps per channel. The SI8641BA-B-IUR is comparable to the SI8640BA-B-IUR in that it is also compatible with a number of protocols and standards, including I2C, SMBus, and PMBus.
