The line of ultra-low-power digital isolators from Silicon Lab are CMOS devices that outperform traditional isolation methods in terms of data rate, propagation delay, power, size, reliability, and external BOM. For ease of design and very consistent performance, the operating parameters of these items stay stable across a wide temperature range and during the device service life. All available device variants simply need VDD bypass capacitors and provide Schmitt trigger inputs for high noise immunity.
