SI8518-C-ISR Overview
A 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used to protect the current sensors from damage. In order to protect these current sensors, the Tape & Reel (TR) is used to protect them. Ideally, these current sensors should supply a maximum current of 7mA. It is recommended that current sensors provide a current that is not greater than 7mA. It is imperative that these current sensors be operated at temperatures not below -40°C. Nevertheless, the maximum operating temperature should be set to 125°C for the current sensors.
