SI8503-C-ISR Overview
In order to provide safety protection, the current sensors are packaged in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages. It is designed to protect the current sensors from damage by packaging them in the Tape & Reel (TR). In this case, the maximum current supplied by the current sensors should be 7mA. A current sensor should not provide a current greater than 7mA. To ensure that these current sensors work, the operating temperature cannot be less than -40°C. It is recommended, however, to set the maximum operating temperature of the current sensors to 125°C.
