SI8502-C-ISR Overview
For safety reasons, the current sensors are enclosed in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to protect the current sensors against damage. In general, current sensors should provide no more than 7mA amps of current. There should not be an increase in current supplied by current sensors above 7mA. In order for these current sensors to function, the operating temperature cannot be lower than -40°C. But the maximum operating temperature for the current sensors should be set to 125°C.
