SI8501-C-ISR Product Details

SI8501-C-ISR Overview

For safety reasons, the current sensors are enclosed in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages. It is designed to protect the current sensors from damage by packaging them in the Tape & Reel (TR). This current sensor should be able to provide a maximum current of 7mA. A current sensor should provide a current no greater than 7mA. It is essential that these current sensors work at a temperature above -40°C. Nevertheless, the current sensors should be set to 125°C as the maximum operating temperature.
