SI5397M-A-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C TA, which is what is estimated by the test. CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output. It has been classified as a Clock Multiplier, Jitter Attenuator electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor.
