SI5397L-A-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 720MHz is available. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels.
