SI5395E-A-GMR Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-TFLGA Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 644.53MHz is available. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There are 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer.
