As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 1028MHz can be produced. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
