SI5394B-A10988-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
