SI5392J-A-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. 44-TFLGA Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 1.028GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications.
