SI5392D-A11064-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS and it is designed as the input for this clock generator.
