SI5391P-A-GMR Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). A Clock PLL is included with the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 156.25MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.47V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
