SI5355A-B01832-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of Clock Generators clock PLL. A supply current exceeding 60mA may cause an element to melt.
