SI5351A-B04486-GT Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. An implementation of 2 circuits is required in order to fully utili2e the capabilities of the electrical part. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There should be 2.25V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C TA, which is what is estimated by the test. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CMOS, HCSL logic levels. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Generator. A 10 pin is available on the PLL. Clock PLL has 3 signal outputs to maximi3e output frequency. Using a frequency of 200MHz allows frequency synthesizer to achieve high efficiencies.
