SI5350A-B05282-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 20 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
