SI5350A-B05217-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
