SI5350A-B04942-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 20 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
