SI5348B-D08034-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. Providing a maximum frequency of 350MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Clock generator ic works with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here.
