SI5348B-D06827-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. In the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock generator ic works with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
