In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. A 64 pin is available on the PLL. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -40°C operations. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 85°C. The electronic frequency generator is composed of a hitless switching, hold-over, and jittering function.
