As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 350MHz is available for sale. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. The clock PLL is generally classified as a Clock Generators device. ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output. The thermal destruction of an element may result from an excess of supply current (higher than 240mA).
