In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
