SI5345D-B-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 350MHz is available. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.47V supply voltage provided. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY.
