SI5345B-D10906-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. This Clock PLL will be fed by CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented.
