SI5345B-D10721-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi350MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
