SI5345B-D10340-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
