SI5345B-D09187-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C.
