SI5345B-D09154-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
