As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator.
